Tango Woodstock will be a special gathering of tango enthusiasts from different parts of the world doing what they like most in pursuit of happiness and peace.
We invite you to contribute your ideas about important issues affecting our world today, environment, poverty, war.
Guest speakers from these areas of concern are invited to share their inputs as we increase awareness for these pressing problems.
As we feed our souls with good thoughts and deeds, we shall also feed ourselves with more information and knowledge about our common passion, the Tango.

Tango Bali Woodstock is a 14-day happening of all things tango ... bringing in together tango lovers from around the world to converge and enjoy the music and artistry of the Argentine Tango in the island of Bali from March 13-25, 2011.
Like the original Woodstock, it aims to promote love and peace, but through Tango in a perfect place such as Bali noted for its mysticism, tranquility and serenity.
Participants coming from Europe, Asia and Australia have already committed to join this exciting event.
Nightly milongas, everyday workshops and lessons conducted by participating teachers, sight seeing and more are the main ingredients of this event.
Tango teachers, dancers both professional and non-professional, musicians and simply of aficionados are welcome to join this event.

Tango Bali Woodstock ist eine 14-tägige Veranstaltung von „all things tango“, um Tangoliebhaber aus der ganzen Welt zusammenzubringen, um die Musik und die Kunst des Argentinischen Tangos auf der Insel Bali von 13.-25. März 2011 zu genießen.
Wie der ursprüngliche Woodstock, zielt er darauf ab, Liebe und Frieden durch Tango Argentino zu fördern, und dies auf der paradiesischen Insel Bali, die wegen ihrer Mystik, überschaubarkeit und Gelassenheit berühmt ist.
Teilnehmer aus Europa, Asien und Australien haben bereits zugesagt, sich diesem aufregenden Ereignis anzuschließen.
Die nächtlichen Milongas, die täglichen Workshops und der Unterricht von teilnehmenden Lehrern, Sightseeing und vieles mehr sind Höhepunkte des Events.
